The late Bill Shepherd, basketball all-star who helped to lead Hope High School [Red Devils] to its only sectional and regional championships, was recently honored in a special ceremony held January 8 at Carmel High School in Carmel, Ind., where the “Bill Shepherd Court” was officially unveiled. Billy Shepherd, Jr. was in attendance to represent his late father.
