The 2025 Tax Season is officially here and the United Way of Bartholomew County is offering FREE tax prep for Bartholomew County area resident who qualify.

Two options are available.

Option 1 offers tax preparation by a certified professional. Individuals making less than $64,000 annually may qualify for state and federal filling. To see if you qualify and to make an appointment, please call 812-375-2216.

Option 2 is an E-File option. The United Way has partnered with Online Taxes and TaxAct that will allow area residents to file their taxes online for free. Visit www.uwbarthco.org/taxes for options.
