Margaret Alice Wagers, 82, Taylorsville

Margaret Alice Wagers, 82, of Taylorsville, passed away September 21, 2025.
Born November 20, 1942 in Oneida, KY she was the daughter of Raleigh and Viola Spurlock Webb. She married Bert Wagers February 3, 1962 and he survives.
Other survivors include sons, Wayne (Lisa) Wagers of Columbus, Randy Wagers of Columbus and Jeff ( Michelle) Wagers of Nashville; grandchildren, J.P. (Jenny) Everroad of Columbus, Lindsey McKee of Columbus, Jessica Wagers of Columbus, Travis (Roxanne) Herron of Montana, Megan (Travis) Humphrey of Seymour, Jeremy (Sarah) Wagers of Bedford, Maddy (Sam) Fusion of Bedford and Alexandria Root of Cincinnati; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brother, Harold Webb of Columbus; niece, Celia Webb of Union City, MS and nephew, Steve (Melinda) Webb of Columbus.
Margaret retired from Dolly Madison as a secretary.
She enjoyed fishing, going to the casino and especially hosting her family for the holidays.
Visitation for Margaret will be Tuesday September 30 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Her funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm and will be officiated by Greg Smallwood. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Margaret’s family has asked that monetary donations in memory of Margaret go to Our Hospice of Southcentral Indiana, 2626 E 17th St., Columbus, IN 47201 or thru the funeral home.
Margaret was preceded in death by, her parents; sister, Marie Webb; daughter-in-law, Daraletta Wagers, grandson, Keaton Root and nephew, Greg Webb.
