There’s something new brewing in the town of Hope.
Adam and Christina Bain will be bringing a coffee house to the town square this summer. They see a void in the community and hope to fill it with Court and Brew. It will serve as a place to hang out while parents and siblings wait for children at after school activities. It will be located on the west side of the square at 624 Main Street, the former home of the Oasis liquor store.
The menu will start with dirty sodas and coffee drinks, citing the popularity of dirty sodas with today’s youth. Adam will tell you all about the fancy new coffee machine he just brought with much enthusiasm. The couple hope to expand to grab and go foods and eventually maybe breakfast, lunch and dinner items. They plan on having limited seating inside, and a few seats outside as well. A corner will be dedicated to game play. They also want to expand the footprint out the back door and have a fenced in seating area for parents of small children to sit and relax. With five children, family is important to them.
They have big plans for the interior as well, with a fresh remodel complete with a mural by local art students.
The couple plans to open the space by July or August. They are striving for open hours of 6:30 a.m. or so until 7 p.m.
They know that is a lofty goal, but name their large family as an invaluable resource.
