Outstanding game and atmosphere with so many back and forth situations. Led by 1 at half but down 6, 26-20 going into 4th. On 3 different occasions in either 4th qtr or the OT’s we forced turnovers that led to made FT’s or layups by Noah Blankinship that tied the game or took the lead. We got down by 4 in 4th qtr (less than 40 seconds to go) and 2nd OT and came storming back! The Chargers responded with a made 3 at end of 2nd OT to force 3rd OT. 3 consecutive turnovers led to buckets for Blankinship and late FT’s by Lane Wiwi sealed the game!

8th Grade Tough 31–34 Loss at Edinburgh
The Jets got off to a slow start but found their rhythm late in the third quarter and carried that momentum into the fourth to take the lead. From there, it was a back-and-forth battle the rest of the way.

Down by three and then two, the Jets kept fighting. Brown hit a clutch three-pointer to tie the game, and Wyatt knocked down a 15-foot jumper to even things again. But after giving up a late bucket, the Jets couldn’t quite execute on their final possession out of a timeout with 20 seconds left and ultimately fell short, 31–34.

Despite the tough loss, it was a great game with lots of heart and hustle on display.
