If there’s an out-of-the-box, action-packed event designed to bring the family together for great memories leave it to the Student’s Fund of Hope to make it happen and they’ve done it again.

Hope area moms and sons are invited out for the first-ever Mother & Son: Nerf & Nachos from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, July 18 at the Hauser Fieldhouse via Door 31.

Moms and sons be prepared for a rough and tumble experience with lots of dodging, ducking and laughter.

Those who have their own Nerf blaster, please, feel free to bring it and the SFOH will provide the darts, according to a post on the SFOH Facebook page.

The evening will feature a nacho bar, games, music and, of course, a photo booth to capture snapshots from the memorable evening.

Tickets for this event are limited in number.

Cost is $35 per mother/son pair. Each additional son is another $5.

Registration will remain open through July 15, according to the SFOH web site.
