Schaefer Lake Dredging Public Notice

Schaefer Lake Lot Owners Association (PO Box 41 Hope, IN 47246) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with dredging Schaefer lake located at 8843 N County Rd 900 E, Hope, IN 47246.
Run-off from the project site will discharge to Duck Creek.
