What to Bring to a FAFSA Filing Event

To complete the FAFSA successfully, students and families should bring:

* FSA ID for both the student and one parent (if the student is a dependent).

* Social Security Numbers for the student and parent.

* 2024 federal tax return and W2 forms for the student and parent.

* Records of untaxed income, if applicable.

* Driver’s license or state ID (student).

* A list of colleges the student is considering, including Ivy Tech.

Bringing these items ensures the FAFSA can be completed on-site without delays.
