Mary Janice (Clouse) Stumph passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025, in Saginaw, MI. She was born on October 31, 1933, in Hope, IN.
A graduate of Purdue University, Mary Janice (Jan) began her professional life as a secondary school teacher and later enjoyed a long career as a realtor in Saginaw before retiring to Albuquerque, NM.
Throughout her married years, frequent moves sparked her love of travel, adventure, and art. She was an avid reader, a wonderful cook, and someone who entertained with grace and ease. She will be remembered for her warm smile, her kindness, her upbeat spirit, and her subtle sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard V. Stumph.
She is survived by her children, Marsha (James) Braun of Saginaw and Trent (Louise) Stumph of Ketchum, ID; her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Adam) Cramton and Charles, Fletcher, and Russell Stumph; as well as many loving family members and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on May 16, 2026, at the gravesite in Hope Moravian Church Cemetery, Hope, Ind.
